IBAC Bulletin B 02-5
Attached is an ICAO State Letter which requests States to promulgate by AIC information on the above. Attached to the letter is a specimen AIC. Pending promulgation action by States, operators should take note of the content of both the letter and, in particular, those sections of the specimen AIC which directly pertain to operators.
